Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by General Tso's Restaurant & Catering (“General Tso's”). By using the site or submitting a quote request you agree to them.

Quotes and bookings

A quote request is not a booking. Quotes are custom, based on the details you provide, and are valid for the period stated in the quote. An event is booked only when we confirm availability in writing and any required deposit is received. Final pricing may change if event details (date, guest count, menu, service style or location) change.

Delivery and setup

Unless agreed otherwise, the client provides reasonable access to the delivery or event location and a suitable place to set out food. For the mobile kitchen, specific space, power or access needs will be confirmed with you before the event.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any deposit conditions, are set out in your booking confirmation and take precedence over these general terms.

Website content

Photos, text and logos on this site belong to General Tso's or are used with permission. Client brand names and logos are shown to indicate companies we have served and remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce site content without permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, General Tso's is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our liability for any event service is governed by your booking agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
