When you submit our quote form we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, delivery address and guest count. We use this information solely to prepare your quote and communicate with you about your event.

Third-party services

Our quote form is provided by a customer-relationship platform that stores your submission on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business and only as needed to respond to you.

If you provide a phone number or email address, we may contact you about your quote and your event. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email.

Data retention and security

We keep quote and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
